We usually ask questions that ordinarily you should have answers to. If the answers are accurate and sometimes backed by photos or videos, we can recommend the best course of action on improving your car’s appearance. However, if you are not too sure how well your description of the car’s condition is and feel it’s best we see it first, we would oblige you a visit but with an inspection fee required to cover for our time and mobility.

A scratch or damage is still considered minor if you can feel the paint scratch in the clearcoat, but your fingernails do not catch or feel them. If your nails can get into the scratch or you see the metal surface under the paint, then the scratch is deep.

Polishing is meant to be a perfection process after minor scratches have been removed by paint correction. It may remove minor surface imperfections and light to medium oxidation.

When washing the paint of a car with a wash mitt or ordinary sponge in most parts of the world, the mitt will begin to collect small particles of dirt from the car paint, and as the mitt is dragged across the paint to clean it, it is also dragging those small particles of dirt. Over time this creates tiny, tiny scratches called swirl marks all over the paint going in every direction. Most times, new cars have been subjected to this same process at the showroom or car lot before you bought it off. So, virtually every vehicle that has ever been driven or washed has a certain amount of swirl marks. The question is not whether or not they are there, but rather how bad they are.
